Conchological Society Book Sale, 2010: Sale of unsold books from auction.
We recently held a postal auction of books from Bernard Verdcourt’s and Helen Rhoden’s libraries, which was open to Society members only. Bidders have now been contacted to let them know whether their bids have been successful, and, if successful, to arrange payment and delivery.
Many thanks to all those who bid. 61 lots were sold, for £3560, raising £1930 for the Society.
Books that were unsold in the auction are now being placed on sale
