Message from the Editor of Mollusc World — October 2009

Issue number 21 (November, 2009) of Mollusc World should be in the post to all paid up Conchological Society members and subscribers by the beginning of November. This all colour issue of the magazine includes the following articles as well as other contributions:–

Now that the winter is nearly upon us and the seasonal holiday/field meeting season is almost behind us, I am sure many more of you will now be able to find the time to consider writing something for your magazine. I especially would like to encourage new members to write something, however small – or if you have a good photograph that you would like to share, please send it in.

Original contributions in line with the aims of the Conchological Society will be considered from both members and non-members alike. The deadline for submission in order for your contribution to be considered for inclusion in the March 2010 issue is January 31st 2010, but acceptable articles may also be retained for inclusion in a future issue.
